There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Amherst real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Actively listing and selling real estate since 1967 for D.H. Jones Realty Group and Jones Town & Country Realty Services, Inc. in Amherst I  have been one of the three TOP PRODUCERS consectively for 40 years!

Recipient of the coveted Council of Excellence award as well as an abundance of plaques designating me as winner of Top Three Sales producers from the Franklin/Hampshire Board of Realtors since 1972. My sales to date have exceeded $450 million dollars.

I am a Life Member of Franklin/Hampshire County Board of Realtors. I have served on the Professional Standards Committee and many other Board Committees, too numerous to mention. I am a former Town Meeting Member. I served on the Board of Directors for the University of MassachusettsFine Arts Center and am presently an Emeritus Member of the UMASS Fine Arts. I am a member of the Amherst Women's Club.

My husband Dick and I reside on Ridgecrest Road in Amherst. We have 3 children and 2 grandchildren - my staunchest supporters.

Many of my customers through the years have become good friends and because of these friends I have a wonderful personal referral system that has helped me to be successful.
